1. Our set up is fully geared up with the latest technological means for manufacturing process such as Tool & Cutter Grinder (TGT 6 axes CNC), inspection equipments, right type of inputs and processes.
2. We have a sound back up of qualified Engineers, who study your Grade of material in process, machine parameters, lead time before supplies are affected. The data gathered from actual users in your plant is compared during the trials of tooling recommended by us visa viz current tooling per component cost with ours.
3. On establishing the various parameters on the machines and right type of tooling supplied by us we keep a continuous track whether established results are achieved by way of regular visit of our engineers to your plant.
4. We ensure the timely supplies to aim at minimum inventory level at your plant.
5. Over and above due to frequent updates on the inventions in the process, we further conduct the trials of tooling to aim at continuous cost savings.
