We, are in the field of offering Job-work for Ball Valves of various types .We have got in-house facilities for regrinding & lapping facilities of the sizes from 2" to 16".The accuracy level of parameter after grinding process up to 50 microns sperocity along with roundness & there will not be AIR LEAKAGE after lapping process is completed due to our expertise. We can do the grinding for Stainless Steel, Tungsten Carbide, And Steel Titanium
WE provide
- Full Process Certification Upon Request.
- Complete QC program with quality control documents available. ATAEIL'S Quality Control System complies with MIL-I-45208A standards.
- Tolerances to 50 Microns roundness or as per requirement.
