ANAND TEKNOW Ball valves are full bore valves with two and three piece
construction. Connectors are with BSP, NPT, SOCKET WELD, FLANGED END
type. These valves are manufactured out of Cast steel, Stainless Steel, duplex or
made to suitable specific requirement of the customers.
Standards referred for design are STRICTLY as per API 6D and Fire safe.
Floating ball Valves are available in the size 2" to 8" and Trunion mounted in the
size from 4" to 16" in the classes between the range of 150 to 1500.
SEATS for the above are of the types SOFT & METAL SEATED in commensurate
with temperature and pressure requirements.
Our valves are designed to reduced torque which is easy to operate.
We ensure that the ball valves are corrosion resistant and hence ensures the
longer maintenance free, leak proof life.
The modern production facilities are equipped with CNC / VMC / HMC machines,
Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), automatic welding machines and testing
equipment for total control of all operations. The laboratory is equipped with
latest testing instruments including facilities for PMI and NDE. Gauge calibration
facility ensures that correct measuring instruments are always used in production
for faster deliveries and customer service. The manufacturing range of ANAND
TEKNOW VALVES includes process ball valves of different materials and sizes
from 2 inches to 16 inches. We also undertake atomization of systems pneumatic
actuators and valve automation as per customer specifications.
As a philosophy, quality and reliability are built into every valve through a
meticulously implemented quality assurance program. ANAND TEKNOW is in
the process of implementing the requirement of API Spec Q1 in line with ISO :
TS 29001 : 2007 for manufacturing monogrammed products under API 6D / 6A
ANAND TEKNOW exercises stringent selection criteria for procurement of steel
castings from foundries. The foundry approval is given only after rigorous
inspection of their facilities, systems, methodizing, sample casting and pilot
batch. NDE techniques such as RT and MP are extensively used for evaluation
of the soundness of the casting. All valves (100%) are subjected to pressure
testing after assembly, ensuring reliability for valves performing under extreme
conditions. The test pressure used often are exceeds standards.
