ATAEIL IS ESTABLISHED IN YEAR 1982 AS Trading partnership concern with distributor ship with Sandvik Asia Ltd., further milestones is below
1. Year 1982 Pune Branch Office
2. Year 1990 Grindwell Norton awarded as distributor.
3. Year 2006 Company converted into Limited unlisted Ltd company registered with registrar of Company.
4. Year 2008 Declared ambitious Indapur project for providing Manufacturing of various types of steel viz Steel Strips, Rods etc and hot deep galvanizing.

1. Best distributor in India for Sandvik Asia Ltd. for consecutively 3 years.
2. Five Star distributor for Grindwell Norton Limited for the year 2004.
3. Diversification from Trading to Manufacturing by way of floating company (sister concern) in the name & style Great Weld Steel Grating Pvt. Ltd. - Manufacturer for Steel Gratings.
4. Added distributorship of Cummins Valvoline to group a Company Balaji Technical Services.
5. ISO 9001:2000 company
6. Launched Impendent manufacturing unit for manufacturer of Drills, Reamers, cutters, Holders.
7. One more diversification Project for Grinding & Lapping services for Ball Valve Launched.
