Whereas the steel rolling plant is capable of manufacturing any type of drawn steel and the product range could be exhaustive, the company proposes to manufacture mainly the square bars, twisted bars and round bars of varied dimensions for their captive consumption. The residual capacity could be utilized for products as specified by the prospective customers from time to time.
APPLICABILITY
The steel square and twisted bars are used in manufacturing of grating by electro-forge method as also manually fabricated gratings. The specified steel has high strength and enables manufacturing of strong gratings offering safety to the users.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS (Rolling Mill)
The manufacturing process in nutshell can be described as under:
- Steel ingots (Billets) of the desired composition are procured.
- Ingots are fed to the oil fired furnace
- Ingots after heating are passed for rough rolling (seven passes)
- The rolled product is finished at the seventh stage
- The finished product is cut to sizes
- The edges are cut / grinded so as to get the finished rolled product
